REGISTRATION

By the end of Day 14we have received another record number of Pupil Registrations.

Over 7000 in total.

90% of Assessment Centres have very good availability.

VERIFICATION

Do not panic about verification.

Please DO NOT contact SEAG to ask when your child’s Application will be verified. Please be patient.

All Pupil Registrations initially have a status of PENDING.

We carefully check each Registration:

1. Check the pupil image is suitable and in the correct format.
2. Check the pupil ID document to confirm date of birth.
3. Check the pupil does not have a duplicate account.
4. Check all other details for errors.
5. Check if the Free School Meals information provided is correct.

Please note your Assessment Centre is secured at the time of application when payment/FSM waiver is made.

We check Registrations in the order they have been submitted.

Once we have checked the Registration and everything has been entered correctly we will verify the pupil Registration. We will then change the application status from PENDING to VERIFIED.

If we have an issue with your Registration we will contact you via the Support Function on your SEAG account.

We will not contact you unless there is an issue.

The checking of each Registration takes time and we appreciate your patience during this busy period.
