Those who have created a Parent Registration can contact us at any time, via the Support function which links to their account. In the same way, we can contact you.
Each Pupil Application is carefully reviewed by our experienced Admin team to verify that the Application is complete and accurate.
If an issue arises (e.g. missing, unclear or incomplete information) we contact you, to explain what is needed and to guide you through the next steps, helping to resolve issues as quickly as possible. If parents/guardians have any issues or queries, at any point, they simply contact SEAG.
Around 13,000 pupils sit the Entrance Assessment in our Assessment Centres each year. Centres are very mindful of their responsibility to provide high standards of support for each pupil in their care. SEAG provides annual training for key staff for each Assessment Centre.
