Is your child is in their final primary school year?

Do you want them to sit the 2026 Entrance Assessment?

Have you already completed and submitted a Pupil Application?

If not, you MUST act between Monday 21st and Thursday 24th September 2026 to register your child to sit the Assessment by completing and submitting a Pupil Application Form.

Click on the "Register Now" button at the top of this page on the SEAG website.

You must also leave enough time to complete the various sections of the Pupil Application Form , check the information you have provided, complete the payment page and submit the Application.

  • THIS IS THE FINAL OPPORTUNTITY TO REGISTER A CHILD TO SIT THE 2026 ENTRANCE ASSESSMENT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
  • The Late Registration Window is open from 8am Monday 21st September - 11:59pm Thursday 24th September.
  • After 11:59pm Thursday 24th September it will NOT be possible to register a child to sit the 2026 Entrance Assessment.
  • It is the responsibility of parents / guardians to register their child and to make sure that a Pupil Application has been SUBMITTED.
  • Any Access Arrangements requests also need to be submitted, by 11:59pm on Thursday 24th September with all the documated evidence which the parent / guardian wishes to provide

If the Pupil Application form has not been completed and submitted by 11.59pm on 24th September 2026 the pupil will not be able to sit the 2026 Entrance Assessment because the pupil has not been registered.

  • Providing a Late Registration Window involves additional costs to SEAG and so the Administration Fee during the Late Registration Window is £50 not £20.
  • If a parent wishes to request Access Arrangements as part of a Late Registration Window then all the documented evidence which the parent / guardian wishes to provide must also be submitted by 11.59pm on Thursday 24th September.
  • Please be aware that many of the 63 Assessment Centres are now full and there is now a much reduced choice of Assessment Centres.
  • You can only choose a Centre which still has space when you make your Application.
  • There are no waiting lists for any Centre.
  • If you include an Access Arrangements request you should expect to have to wait, up to several weeks, before Access Arrangements decisions are made - because the Access Arrangements team are dealing with very high volumes of requests - each of which is carefully considered
